Class XIV of the Emerging Leaders Academy presented its final project - Public Works From Home - which looked at a year of remote work and how public works professionals and employers dealt with the challenges and what opportunities arose. #ELA @APWATWEETS

So, some differences between working from home, as we have for the last 15 months, and being back in the office. 1) Pants are not optional. Who knew?.2) Shorts are apparently frowned upon in our workplace! .3) No, the Young & the Restless at 11 a.m. is not an employee benefit.
