This is sooooo true. 400 athletes can accomplish anything. because it's ALL mindset. #slaythedragon.
The 400m strikes fear in all who have yet to embrace it. If you learn to handle the 400m, you can take on anything. Most importantly, learning to push through even when your mind is full of doubt and apprehension.
