2/2 There is already a lack of affordable housing, too many restrictions on home builds re: what size/type, too little resources; all making what could be temporary a long term reality. Housing is becoming more unattainable & now you're going to be criminalized to be without.

1/2 This makes 2 states so far on my potential "move to" list that have passed such legislation. It's disappointing and disheartening. Shameful really.
Over the past two years, various cities and states have enacted similar bills. However, a demographic study of these areas reveals significant issues, including bed shortages, insufficient housing for low-income residents, and criminalized perspectives on homelessness.
