@bucks_herald This is a misleading article I must correct as Chairman of the meeting. A senior staff scheme exists - but senior staff themselves recommended to cllrs not to pay it. It’s a reqt to consider it. This article implies cllrs overturned bonuses officers wanted. That did not happen.
