10 years ago I was one month into a summer internship in @Markpost's cultured meat lab, and ~2 months away from the first ever cultured beef tasting in London. Honestly pretty emotional to hear today's news about @UPSIDEfoods & @GOODMeat's USDA approval. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!.
