Through all the exam rescheduling and the starting and restarting revision...to the countless software issues...to the results day being postponed 44 mins before release...to more technical issues on the new results day...to *finally* receiving my results 7.5 hours later 🎉🎉🎉

Had a paper accepted today after *five* rounds of major revisions, and *ten* months in submission with a journal. A real labour of love - the final product was a much improved version of the initial submission. A credit to the peer review process!

F1 so far: exception reported 5 of 6 days. Our resp team covers ~25 unwell patients all w/ baseline NEWS 3-4. Ward round usually ends 1-2pm with a *mountain* of jobs. To add, Monday + Tuesday I was the only junior all day; we are supposed to have 4. Is this safe/fair?

However, I find most WBAs follow from verbal feedback at the time. Therefore filling in the boxes is more a case of writing down what was said rather than the trainee creating your feedback for you
