Women are not “gestational carriers”—they’re human beings designed to be mothers. Developing and carrying a child is not a transactional experience. Reducing motherhood to a contract is an assault on women, children, and the family.
This poor newborn baby did not consent to being separated from his mum at birth. The trauma he’s just experienced may well cause longterm damage to his emotional development. Ban surrogacy.

When surrogacy is promoted to kids in schools (as advised by @educationgovuk in 'best practice' teacher training guides) this ethical consideration is not discussed. Why isn't this a breach of the Education Act '96, which prohibits the promotion of partisan political opinions?
