Dr Catherine Kelleher was an enthusiastic supporter & close friend of GCSP, a member of our advisory board & an Associate Fellow for years. She fully believed in our mission of building understanding & bridges to improve peace & security. Our sincere condolences to her family.
It is with profound sadness that we learn of the passing of WIIS’ founder, Dr. Catherine McArdle Kelleher (January 19, 1939 – February 15, 2023). Dr. Kelleher was a professor, political scientist, writer, and champion for women in the field of international security policy.
