But you need to have a story. A north star. Not having one is like going to a press conference where the hostile journalist will put pressure on you and write your story for you. And the more clueless you look, the more they'll assert dominance over you.

Poor self esteem happens when you internalize poor narratives from this inner voice. To undo it, you don't fight it. Just start authoring your new story. Then work towards that.

We don't argue with the journalist. We don't belittle the journalist. We don't qualify to the journalist. We just acknowledge then redirect the conversation where we want.

"Word has it that you have no motion & zero bitches sir" "Haha. Well that's one perspective. Another is that we are currently out in the field sharpening our social skills & building as many reference points as possible. This is ultimately what matters longterm. Not 'bitches'"

Bridging is a tool used against journalists who are hostile or asking unproductive questions. Bridging works by acknowledging the journalists question then pivoting to more constructive discussions using a ' bridging' statement. The famous 'Yes and'.

But then again interactions with this voice don't have to be so confrontational and dismissive. You can also disarm and defuse it nice and easy with a technique media trainers call 'Bridging'.

Self Esteem is about; 1. Not identifying with the critical voice in your head 2. Learning how to practise frame control on that voice. "You're a failure." "Yeah. Cool story bro. Anyway, back to what I was saying..."

Ego Death from shrooms or intense sex or whatever is not a metaphysical event. It's just the temporary shutting down of the subject - object perception divide that runs in your prefrontal. The narrator goes quiet and neurons interact more freely & widely. Only observer remains

If I was asked which is the biggest lever for someone just getting into game, I'd say working on your fashion and body language. Just dress better, fix your shoulders and smile. Works magic on your inner confidence & outer presentation - instant feedback loop.

Musk has it too. Can't remember where I saw this, but apparently he started doing it to seem more approachable and less intimidating/intense when speaking to people of a lower IQ differential.

Guys like Thiel babble & stutter bc they've ALREADY run through the other guy's whole worldview & arguments 4 threads x 7 layers deep, won the game.. And now they have to suffer the bottleneck of "matter" - lips & tongue moving, making sounds & all that low bandwidth normie sht.

Initial Similarities = Assortative Mating Later Similarities = Emotional & Behavioural Contagion + Mimicry Humans mirror each other when they are in sync. It's a bonding trait. Not necessarilly energetic 'woo' stuff

well no because affinity bias explains INITIAL similarities. not why couples start to morph into eachother OVER time. the reason why couples START to look like eachother overtime is because they start to share bacteria, hormones, emotions, energy, etc (through shared

A man can have tons of girls in his bed but he’s not a true seducer unless he has overcome the bitterness in his heart towards women. Until he does this he will never have healthy relationships with women.
