Day 1 of the TA training was a huge hit! 🎉 Loved the delivery quality, interactive structure, and relevance. Already influencing how TAs foster pupil independence & boost vocabulary. Great start! @LouiseAstbury @EducEndowFoundn

Hey, @grok , who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was

What a lovely morning our children had with @ProfBrianCox, learning about our solar system! The visit, supported by #GreatHorizons initiative, was a once in a lifetime experience that really inspired us all. We loved it so much, we were inspired to do our own science activities!

Well done @BroadfieldPri
The Mayor and Mayoress of Oldham were proud to welcome their first school visit—Broadfield Primary’s Eco Council! 🍃The pupils shared their Cut Your Carbon campaign and heard inspiring stories from Cllr Abdul Jabbar, whose portfolio includes climate change and Green New Deal 🌱

I’ve recently been diagnosed with ASD. This is still very new to me and there’s lots of processing still to do, but I’m already coming up against the “you don’t talk/act/sound autistic” and this is wild to me because you wouldn’t talk about the children in your class this way…

So proud that the @EducEndowFoundn has spotlighted Samantha Smithies blog! TA's don't always get the credit they deserve, so well done Sam! @HathershawC @PinnacleTrust

What a day! Lovely SATs briefing for parents this morning, some great learning in class - including dissecting a cow’s heart this afternoon. Then ending the day delivering a twilight on the EEF’s Deployment of TAs guidance report.

🌟 Teaching assistants (TAs) play a vital role in our school workforce. Their role is often broad, changeable, and context specific. But getting the most from TAs isn’t always straightforward. It takes careful planning and a strong focus on high-quality teaching. 1/6
