@WingsScotland @LidlGB I have a similar problem with @marksandspencer & their Sparks card app. It will not allow me to reset my password since they reopened their online shopping agent being hacked. I get loads of advertising emails from them but not one to reset my password.

@Reddit So how is this a bannable offense? As soon as we realized it was hacked, we deleted the spam and set up 2 factor authentication on his account. His password had been leaked in a data breech, we had no idea. My appeal is denied. I had never even gotten a warning before.

@dami_Rtetyl3 @X @bayirerichard Kindly look into this @Support He noticed someone hacked his account and was sending spam messages to multiple accounts. Out of concern he activated 2-factor Authentication protocol and also changed his password. The messages stopped but after an hour his account was suspended
