It's heartbreaking to see early-stage startups talking about shutting down because of Section 174. Startups are being bankrupted by taxes before they have a chance to get started. @SenThomTillis, @SenTedBuddNC, and @SenateGOP, please pass HR 7024 to fix this horrible tax policy.

It's hard to believe the US is kneecapping the entire tech sector with a tax change that it likely didn't even intend to pass in the first place. From 2023, the US has become very hostile for bootsrapped software companies and tech startups thanks to Section 174 tax changes:
