It's a matter of very sad to inform you that one Senior Level Training Consultant of SHSRC is threatening to participants by organising a training and saying I can retrench you. Misleading all & taking name of authorities of NHM & saying as per the instructions of Directors also.

You are scolding and threatening so don't organise such training just bcoz to spend the money.Check yourself infront of a mirror & look at your past you have started your career with such posts. You react only on weakers pls try the same on others of your office. #HealthForAll

When district is having many issues like MDR & CDR district level NHM officials are in tour to other districts particularly those are responsible for that. Very sad. Some are also not doing their core responsibility and interfering in others.This will badly affect to district.

NQAS assessment training are being given to professionals of NHM those who have never ever done kayakalp, assessment. Even there are senior most experienced who have done kayakalp assessment before successfully. @MoHFW_INDIA @HFWOdisha @MahalingMukesh @MohanMOdisha @SecyChief

Doctors in government are being engaged for emergency care & there is scarcity of doctors in government in dist. & block level. So how can doctors will be involved in different trainings with time bound manner and by information of some contractual organizers, program officers.

Counsellors are doing NCD screening activities, PMSMA activities, HIV/AIDS patients counseling, SRAHDA Clinic activities etc. So DEO, data managers should be assigned to do the activity insted of counselors.
