Lumps and bumps are not uncommon. Many benign lumps can become large and can be a source of discomfort as well as causing loss of self confidence . Early diagnosis and surgery can be helpful to establish diagnosis and restore self confidence

Promoting #sarcomaawareness and #earlydiagnosis is important.However to establish correct diagnosis&referral to a #sarcomacentre can take few weeks to months. Some high grade sarcomas can grow rapidly and start fungating, despite being in the correct pathway.Neoad.CT+LSsurgery+RT.

#Sarcomas of axilla are not uncommon.Can grow quickly,depending on the histology. Proximity to brachial plexus&axillary vessels render limb salvage surgery, challenging but not impossible. MDT approch is important re.timing of surgery, RT&Chemotherapy.2024&2015 LSS challenge
