Think @RutgersBaseball did a great job bringing in some veteran talent this offseason to slot into the lineup. Some standouts yesterday included Quinten Perilli (D3 Elizabethtown), Tristan Salinas (D2 North Greenville), and Chase Krewson (UCF).

Remarkably well-pitched (and efficient) first game between these two. Rutgers won, 3-0, in 2 hr 40 mins as five pitchers held the Eagles to just two hits. Lot of positives on the mound & defensively for the Scarlet Knights.

Charlie loved Oregon Ducks football more than any other team in all of sports. This was unfortunate because I am a Husky from UW. But for Charlie I’ll put aside old rivalries. Tonight, the Oregon Ducks all took a knee to honor their number one fan, Charlie Kirk. Thank you 🙏

The @RutgersBaseball Players of the Summer are highlighted by a pair of transfers. Former UCF OF Chase Krewson impressed on the Cape and was an All Star. Former Wagner arm Jason Masick gave up just two runs over three starts for Minot in the Northwoods League.

Transfer Chase Krewson The former UCF Knight outfielder hit .279 with 14 RBI last season. His freshman season at Duke he hit .331 in with 5 home runs and 22 RBI. Chase is our #90 ranked player in the portal @RutgersBaseball
