ICYMI, caught up with Lucas Moore & detailed his path to a breakout sophomore year (as well as some insights into his remarkable 53-for-54 SB campaign) ⤵️.
“Just talking with them about the history of the program and how well they get guys from freshman year to drafted to big leaguers, it was like oh my god — why would I not want to go there?”. Before leading the nation in steals, @lucasmoorre was a late commit to @LouisvilleBSB.

One of the ACC's top relievers is staying within the conference. Nard made 20+ appearances in each of his three years with Duke. 50.2 IP / 45-17 K-BB / 4.62 ERA in 2025.

Missed this yesterday, but @NDBaseball picked up 2024 Ivy League Rookie of the Year Mark Quatrani from Cornell. Career .338 hitter who turned in a .966 OPS as a sophomore last season with 10 doubles and six home runs. Important addition after Carson Tinney's departure.

Significant addition for @DukeBASE and new head coach Corey Muscara. After transferring to Dayton from Penn State, DiMartini slashed .403/.465/.685 with 11 2B, 14 HR, and 37 SB as a sophomore. Center fielder, hit leadoff for the Flyers.

.@CanesBaseball add a big one in former NC State catcher Alex Sosa (@ASOS131). The sophomore slashed .291/.401/.534 with 16 doubles & 10 home runs in 52 games this season. The Viera, Fla. native replaces the graduating Tanner Smith behind the plate.
