They will likely say that they found some sort of violation by the guest. But if the guest checked in, that means they had already paid Airbnb. If you didn’t do anything wrong, they had no right to refund that guest. You can file a small claims action against them or arbitration

#Airbnb #airbnbhost #airbnbguest Help! Airbnb cancelled without any explanation a reservation that checked in on 18/11 and supposed to leave on 30/11. They asked us to kick the guest out, they opened the dates and thet WILL NOT pay for the reservation. Is this even legal ??

I hear what you are saying. For some areas Airbnb’s create new issues and @Airbnb owners need to participate and be part of community -based solutions for issues involving tourism, affordable housing and preserving neighborhood character.

Except the tens of millions of families (vast majority of guests) who have magical vacations because they’re all able to stay together in one house, make meals in the real kitchen and 5 star experiences. For longer stays hotel rooms are often like cages. @airbnb but …

@10000hosts @redskyforge @AirbnbHelp Scam Airbnb landlords undermine the viability of legitimate accommodation providers who operate in appropriately zoned commercial areas as well as comply with a variety of Government regulations. Everything to do with Airbnb is nauseating.

STR‘s are highly profitable if you bought a home at 2017 prices. Those were being rented at highly inflated 2022 rental fees. If you bought a house before 2017 and have a low interest rate, you’re all set. If not, get ready for covering your expenses at best. @Airbnb

@Airbnb what kind of training do your representatives receive? Numerous times I’ve called and the information just doesn’t make sense. Airbnb itself says dont give out contact info until someone has booked and when I get a suspicious inquiry asking me for my personal information
