As Fleet Commander, he had marched into the officer his CinC, Admiral Rusi Ghandy and demanded approval to set up @MHSofIndia . Ghandhy sanctioned a princely sum of ₹1000 and predicted that the institute wouldn’t last a year. Thankfully Ghandhy was wrong!
