Regardless of what side of the Iowa ed voucher debate you are on, the fact that this was rushed thru faster than and with less financial oversight than someone can get a home mortgage should infuriate you. No reason for this to happen with the current R super majority.

Made a small dent in my @GooseIsland collection this weekend. If the taste of the 2015 is any indication of how well they age, I should probably make plans to drink the 2017 and 2018 soon.

Is it me, or is there a trend of restaurants not putting prices on any of their drink menus? I know costs are in flux, but as a consumer, I'd like to know ahead of time what something is gonna cost without having to ask someone.

45 mile fixed gear ride yesterday. Breakfast, bike trails, city streets and some favorite watering holes. Only forgot that the bike was fixed instead of single speed once.

I feel like this training for every ultra race.
It’s not a big deal if someone faster passes you. You’re hauling a cast iron skillet, firewood, 24 cans of liquid beverage, six pounds of kielbasa sausage, bulk rice, an adult replica Batman costume, a five-gallon bucket filled with sand, and a toboggan. That’s a lot.

When your friends out their heart and soul into their free event. Finisher patches arrived from a 200K gravel event I did earlier this summer. The right people came to this ride. 100% of them understood the vibe and embraced it.
