Ostial RCA CTO, unable to engage antegrade with different catheters .so primary retrograde approach used, snared wire was used to guide the guide ☺️

We performed the first successful retrograde CTO PCI at St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo. Using reverse-CART technique: male in his mid 50s presenting with NSTEMI, culprit is jump VG to r-PDA/PL .Reverse wiring/Hair-Pin technique to navigate jump graft using Sion wire.
