While understandable given the history of crypto, the Bitcoin maxi fetish/taboo around asset issuance isn’t particularly helpful in the year 2025. There are plenty of valid critiques of Bitcoin Treasury Cos, but this isn’t one of them.

Not at all the same. They are promoting the company’s products and services (in this case, an exchange), not its stock/securities. Aligning incentives with equity comp is generally a good thing.
