Admiral with an interesting motive more appealing than a stale character what a shocker.
Oda was dissatisfied with Film Z: the director liked the villain Z so much that Z looked more appealing than Luffy. Oda requested funny scenes for Z be included in the film, but all of them were rejected by staff. He also didn’t like the Z design presented by the script writer.💔
