.@vicpdcanada patrols started on Fri in the 900 blk Pandora & 500 blk Ellice. Day one - 14 criminal code/drug files initiated, a number of arrests, large number of weapons (see pic) & quantity of illicit drugs seized. Public came out to thank officers. Our work is just starting.

The lack of accountability of @vicpdcanada under the "leadership" of @ChiefManak shows nothing but negligence. The law is the law & it must be enforced. If you are unable/unwilling to do your job as described then your employment must be terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily.

There was a @SaanichPolice officer named Ben, who was very disrespectful to Ken (last Friday). He saw a stolen car and ran very far because he refused to do his job again. Still waiting for the call back from your immediate supervisor and the file number as requested. #fail

Why show up and do your actual job when you can just phone it in and still get paid?
@timescolonist Why doesn't @vicpdcanada investigate and arrest? Do that for each and every crime they break, making the criminal perpetually in bookings and court appearances. Also, if they demonstrate to have funds press them to pay for their own legal defense for each of these charges.

How to choose to get killed in #yyjtraffic as a seriously stupid pedestrian. #yyj as a city has devolved significantly thanks to @vicpdcanada and @CityOfVictoria. "I had right of way" doesn't mean much when it's chiseled on your tombstone. Can common sense be applied instead?
