The silence is maddening.
I just saw the @AJEnglish report about pregnant women in Gaza undergoing c-sections without pain relief. Young women who need surgery undergoing hysterectomies to save their lives. If you’re an Repro Justice org or Repro Health and silent about this genocide, shame on you.
