it’s hurricane szn too, & while concentration camps were built, FEMA was cut. meaning if we get hit by something tragic this year, many of us are all on our own when it comes to storm prep & damage recovery. thousands of floridians could be homeless in a matter of days bc of this.
It's kind of shocking to me that Florida can build a concentration camp in the Everglades in four days. But they can't help people in an actual hurricane.

in case you haven’t seen it yet, the house just passed the bill on budget. meaning, if you’re on medicaid, rely on SNAP, cuts will be made to your funding. this is going to kill people. and if this affects you or your family, i am so sorry.
