The visit continued with a tour of the Coastal Engineering Laboratory, where we explored research facilities dedicated to wave and current interaction with marine structures. Grateful for the warm welcome and inspiring discussions. Looking forward to future collaborations!

I also had the chance to visit one of China’s leading research facilities — the National Facility for Earthquake Engineering Simulation Laboratory, which focuses on simulating structural responses to earthquakes, as well as ocean waves and currents.
