#nanoporeconf is 🤌. pic 2 is my fav slide of LC Day 1.❌fragment == ❌assembly .Fully sequenced yeast chromosomes with nanopore(which is particularly useful for engineered strains)!! Can’t wait to see human chromosomes fully sequenced in one read!!

OMG, NUS dorm is not kicking me out!! So thankful that I can still stay in my dorm in my last year of PhD! Thank God for answering the many months of prayers! Was literally asking around about passive income if I have to live off-campus when rent in Singapore has gone wild.

just ran a half-marathon that flagged off at 4:30am.(The timing feels more like a multi-timezone hackathon 😂). slept for 2 hours after carb-loading at a party. was supposed to 3rd-wheel @chrishendra_93 and his wife but couldn’t find them . now heading to the 8:30 church service

I'm trying to add dorado for basecalling in nanoseq in the coming @nf_core hackathon . Does anyone have a docker container for dorado? .I tried making one last year, and getting cuda in the Dockerfile to configure dorado is not the easiest thing.

booked a Christmas trip to Europe yesterday.woke up at 3am bc of a nightmare reminding me that I have seven weddings to go to in the next nine months that cost the same price as the trip.why are weddings so expensive in Singapore.
