The first of the 8 Ingredients of well-being is SLEEP! When u get a good night’s sleep, u have more energy and it’s easier to focus. If you’re tired, u may be grumpy, have trouble paying attention, forget things, and have more anxiety. How do u feel when u don’t get enough sleep?
