This is how I feel, as a Batman fan I have such a great love for the Batman and I think it ranks higher in my all time favorites but I also think TDK is one of the best movies ever made and is probably the movie I've watched the most in my life.
It’s weird I think The Dark Knight is still the greatest Comic movie ever, that set a new standard that honestly hasn’t been topped But I think The Batman is a better Batman movie. Im not tripping right?

Dark Knight Rises really feels like Nolan didn't really want to make it
It's so weird how The Dark Knight Rises is the both the most ambitious film of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy and the sloppiest. It's a director creating a massive sense of scale but not really having his heart in it, and thinking of mad ideas for other films.
