The under-attribution of womenโs contributions to science is well known & well studied. A measure of under-attribution is the under-citation of papers authored by women relative to expected rates. In a new @NaturePhysics paper we explore this citation gap in contemporary physics.

I actually think this notion of biomimicry is a trap. If we design and organize through practices which mutually regenerate ourselves and the earth, we aren't mimicking anything. No metaphor nor analogy. We are just being a part of the earth, not trying to pass as part of it.
