A story close to my heart - Asian Australians in football. In 20 years playing the game, I wouldn’t have come across more than 5-10 players of Asian heritage. Glad to see the AFL’s now doing more. An untapped market for the sport.

Glenn Maxwell back in Australia’s Test squad. This series in Sri Lanka just got that bit more interesting. His hundred in Ranchi 2017 is one of the best Test innings in India I’ve seen by an Australian whose name is not Steve Smith.

In his prime, Steve Smith’s eye was so good he hardly missed balls that are now getting him out lbw. It allowed him to shuffle across crease, almost daring bowlers to attack pads, backing himself to score. Fascinating to see what, if any, technical tweaks he now makes.
