Other good stuff from conference - and, again (can’t stress this enough), every point was crucial: @wuest_bj came back from a hamstring injury to help secure 🥈in the 100 and 4x1 with @TekeTanksley, @carson_spurlock, and @iamcadencollins. Wuest chipped in another pt in the 200

In the sprints, @wuest_bj was moving! Put down personal bests in long jump and 200, and was a key member of 4x1 & 4x4. Joining on the relays, winning high jump, and smoking through the 400 was @iamcadencollins. @carson_spurlock and @TekeTanksley also added key points in sprints

BJ’s “deuces” was in response to TH’s kid mouthing off at him at the start…not pictured bc of how far behind he was at the end. It’s text book “soul taking” that @davidgoggins described in his first book, Can’t Hurt Me. Loudest athletes are rarely the ones to worry about.
