The sun is shining, spring is in the air… and Chenin Blanc is in my glass! A beautiful expression from Carinus Wines as made from Polkadraai Hills grapes by the legend Chris Alheit using a concrete egg. Full of peach, naartjie, fynbos and dried hay! Superb! 96/100 GSMW.
