This comparison has to stop. He was caught by pictures after when they don't test. He never FAILED an in competition drug test. But Shacarri did FAIL a drug test BEFORE the Olympics when she has to enter testing protocol. My god all you celebrities and attn seekers are retarded

A few things to unpack. Yup DUI is bad. Next. He only got caught in a picture, he never failed a drug test. He did his drugs when they aren't testing. She did hers while they were. He got no pass. That pic cost him millions

She's not banned. Its a 1 month suspension which will cost her the Olympics. Phelps was suspended and lost lots of money. The difference between the 2? Phelps did all his shit AFTER the Olympics. She did it before when she's required in testing protocol.
