@jimsciutto Really Jim? she was detained after throwing a bottle at a government vehicle. That necessitated putting her in handcuffs as PC Arrest. Attorneys can later decline to charge. Watch a law and order episode!

Why have they not been identified, arrested, and charged with false arrest?
Correction. It was masked Border Patrol agents, not ICE, who slammed a woman--an employee of a local TV station in Chicago--to the street, handcuffed and arrested her. She was released later in the day without charges.
