That’s great. I’ll share my journey. @KLM lost my luggage in the big black hole that @Schiphol airport is. Their customer service is terrible. Now I’m travelling in Asia with nothing. No solutions, no compensations so far. Can you try to do something, please? #TheDutchWay #KLMess

Probably their CM is a copy-paste algorithm telling everybody the same: “Please send us your…” and, when you do: “Please be patient while we’re looking into it”. Meanwhile, no action, no solution, no compensation! #holidaysruined #KLMess
