(2/2) I also hope they deal with our claims for compensation quickly. We incurred in extra expenses to buy clothes and toiletries to get by -something we didn’t need when we departed. I know there will be many, many cases to deal with, but I expect they get on with it asap.

@KLM Still waiting one baggage since 17/06. DM, forms and tracking tool are useless. After 21 days @KLM will say it’s too late and you must complete a compensation claim. You will never receive an answer to the claim. Period. #KLMess @Victims_of_KLM #travel #KLM @EU_Consumer

@KLM Good. I expect you will have delivered all the piled up luggage at Schiphol by the end of this week then. Also, when do you reckon we will get compensation for all the extra costs we are incurring?

@KLM We do indeed love “going to the most beautiful places” and being connected “to the people that matter most” to us. BUT we also expect to receive our luggage at our destination airport… (or at least compensation!). Is it too much to ask, @KLM_press? #KLMess
