RT @ArtemisConsort: A lot of people don’t understand the MZ/DZ twin study design, and so raise objections that the study design was created….

Why do libs tolerate urban disorder (eg. psychotic hobos acting out, creating messes)? Is it because they’re bored with life, numbed (by meds) and need to feel like *something* is happening and that life is less mundane than it is?.

This study is not definitive evidence by itself, but it is consistent with a growing body of research on the empathizing-systemizing theory and its links to mental health.

Women high in the feminine inclination to empathize and low in the masculine inclination to systematize tend to have the most symptoms of psychosis. A healthy dose of masculinity is necessary for femininity to function. This holds true at both the individual and social levels.

The Left’s push for structurelessness—gender fluidity, defunding the police, and boundless empathizing—is a manifestation of extreme, unbalanced femininity, a disposition associated with psychosis

Striverism corrupts value signals, and therefore value hierarchies—what we call culture. Social indicators capture not just the things they are meant to measure but also irrelevant variance. Once a metric becomes a target—say, “getting into Harvard or Stanford”—you amplify not.
