This is a big reason why I do my job. Rita was an @AcadCulArts student of mine @UCBofficial @UCBapprentice . She is standing next to George - next generation Royal Academy apprentice both ably mentored by @BenTernent . I love it when a plan comes together.
Big congratulations to Rita, our pastry chef, for flying through the semi finals of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Kitchen Awards of Excellence at UCB. She'll be taking part in the next round in June and we can't wait to see how she does. Well done, Rita 👏
