We are so proud of our apprentices, Kathryn and Lewis, who took part in the “Skills Theatre” competition at the International Salon Culinaire in London earlier this week. Lewis was awarded two slivers, whilst Kathryn received a gold and best in class. #simpsonsrestaurant
