📚When #Wolverines are out for summer break, the library ends up in the hall and the hardworking #Wiggs custodians deep clean the space from top to bottom! The library floor is beautifully waxed and almost looks like an ice rink.📚

Not only were students treated to 🍕 & 🥤, but they also received two books each. At the end of the presentation, students got to speak personally w/the author herself and ask questions & get their books signed. When was the last time you met an author & spoke about your future?

This afternoon #Wolverines who have been participating in Write On! were treated to an author’s visit. It’s so important for young writers to meet YA authors from their community & Alessandra Narváez Varela is such a wonderful example of what a fronteriza looks and sounds like!
