10 years ago one of the top marathoners in the world won Chicago while on EPO. A few days ago the ladies race at Chicago was won in a time 15 minutes quicker.
This is the moment ten years ago when Kenyan Rita Jeptoo, managed by Federico Rosa, crossed the finishing line to retain her Chicago Marathon title. She would later be disqualified after testing +ve for EPO. Two years later, Federico Rosa was remanded in custody in Kenya,
