God puts people in ur life for a reason. I want to thank this brother of mine. The dark times and thoughts I was going through during rehab process and getting back to fitness this guy pushed me the whole way. Someone I needed to journey with on th road2 recovery. #BROTHERHOOD.

Went for a recovery walk at roath lake with the kids and my 6 year old decides to take recovery a step further and fall in the lake🤣🤣🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️. Had to bloody run home carrying her as she was soaked and it’s freezing outside😩🤦🏾♂️. Always eventful with these girls man🤷🏾♂️😴😴sleepTime.
