There's a gorging sweet spot for humans. It's why granny's tart in September is way better than the components individually.

Once upon a time it was the most amazing time of year. Now it's every day. Everyday in our world is autumn, on roids. Prove me wrong. If you don't eat like this, ie don't eat for winter all the time, you will get in shape. Simple.
@wellboy @tednaiman @sguyenet @eatlikeanimals - The tasty combination of fat and carbs signals to our bodies that winter is coming, and we need to eat more of these delicious foods. - Reducing carbs and/or fat while prioritising protein empowers us to hack our biology, increase satiety and lower our appetite.

Does anyone else find it fascinating to see how our macro intake fluctuates across the year? Data from 155,676 days of Optimisers data shows: - Carbs are higher in summer and lower in winter. - Fat rises in both spring and autumn and coincides with energy highs and lows. -
