a brilliant app a lot more people should be using it.
@WelcoMe_CS exists so #disabled people can control their #CustomerService interactions. Every time it’s used staff become more confident to help all disabled visitors. This way EVERYONE wins. More members = greater change. Have you set up a profile yet?
