The Industry: We want more disabled, d/Deaf and neurodivergent writers… …but you have to have a writing agent and a production company… …and production companies won’t work with you without an agent, and writing agents don’t reply to emails and contact. So…? You don’t?

The Bunker was home to our first show and we loved our time there and the opportunities it lead to. From nothing, the team built an amazing space for under-represented groups like ours. To hear they were kicked out on the basis of a lie only for it to be rebranded is infuriating.
I’m upset at this. Not for me. But for all the brilliant staff and the artists that were programmed and those that never were and the community that was created. Predictably the little tiny revolution of underrepresented voices that we made together has been gentrified.
