@NORML Nicholas Patrick is the cofounder and vice president of the Maryland Healthy Alternatives Association. He also is the owner of Embrace CBD Wellness Centers. Patrick says the products he sells are 50-60% less potent than traditional cannabis products.

@NORML Maryland Delegate C.T. Wilson sponsored the Cannabis Reform bill in the House. "We wanted to make sure there was equity in disbursement of our licensing," Wilson says of the bill and who will get licensing.

JM Pedini, the development director for @NORML, says instead of using the term "recreational marijuana," we should use the term "adult use.". One reason is that it's just for adults 21+. The other is because we don't know for sure if it's being used for recreational reasons.
