And I just got my wife the SavorOne to simply things to VentureX + SavorOne. 😅 thankfully I don’t need to transfer points currently, but 💯 this is a bad look @CapitalOne
Almost two weeks in, Capital One tells me the ability to transfer miles to partners may not return for yet another week - still with no direct communication to customers. This is getting ridiculous.
