I said something of the like before. That this is WB plan. Saying that they want to sell, cause a comotion to raise their price and stock by their competitors, knowing they wont past antitrust laws thry making an outrageous bid and get a free 5-7 billion dollars from breakup.
Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav addressed the Paramount Skydance deal in a call to company employees this morning, saying "The deal may not close. If it doesn't close, we get $7 billion [in breakup fees from Paramount], and we get back to work."
