At least, that's what they're saying for now. Plans can change between now and when the merger closes, which isn't expected for another 12-18 months. And that's assuming the deal isn't blocked by regulatory bodies either domestically or abroad in the meantime.

Per the PR & this morning's conference call, Netflix will maintain WB's current operations, including giving their films theatrical releases (w/ shorter exclusivity windows), producing TV shows for third-parties, and offering HBO Max (while sharing the WB/HBO library w/ Netflix).
